Amelia has learned to wave to people, but her favorite reason to wave is Peaches.  She waves at Peaches while Peaches sleeps, when she's at the back door, or just walking across a room.  I finally got it on video!

While Amelia was busy standing, I made her a "cousin wall".  Now she can see all of her buddies anytime she wants!  Josh, Teagan, Tatelon, Caiden, Addison, Tara, Reece, Emma, Brandon, and Maya!

She doesn't want to miss ANYTHING!

Amelia hasn't been napping at daycare this week.  Since she figured out that she can crawl and move around to get what she wants, she thinks she is going to miss something if she falls asleep.  They kept trying to put her in her crib, but she would just stand up to try to see everything.  Apparently, this is what happens when a child who needs a nap won't take a nap.

Before school one morning

This morning was the first time I DIDN'T find Amelia lying down.  She was playing and waiting for someone to come get her.

A little different

I won't call Amelia strange, but this was a little different:  I usually check on Amelia about an hour after she has gone to bed, and this is what I found last night.

The padding we put on the corners of the coffee table has become Amelia's favorite new chew toy.

Amelia has an Easter Bunny from Marty's parents that wiggles and sings a song.  She likes to hold it while she bounces.

A little worried because they are losing.

We went to dinner with our favorite Yankees (really, they are from New York).  The little blond girl, Jaden, is who gave Amelia the nickname "Biscuit".  These two are going to cause a lot of trouble some day.

And yes, Amelia wore a bow with her Rangers shirt!

Opening Day was just too much for the Biscuit!  Go Rangers!
